Allow US date formatting in sidebar via localization options#252

I noticed that the chat on my site shows dates in international format (5-8-2020) rather than US format (8-5-2020). Totally understandable since you’re based in the UK.

However, looking at the localization options there seems to be quite a bit of flexibility in how dates and such are displayed… Except international vs. US formatting on the sidebar.

I feel like this is something that really should be added, as many Americans don’t realize they aren’t the center of the universe and can be confused by the standard format.
