
Allowing different bots to appear based on the tags or values of custom fields would allow us to alert customers to new resources they hadn’t seen before or send update messages via the bot. It would really add a lot of power to Continual.ly - especially if combined with being able to pass in values to tags or fields from our CRM system.
Drift do it at the moment with their segment feature. Segments can be based on tags, and you can target bots based on the vistor being in a segment. It would be even better if tags or fields were available to use for taregting too.
