Option to assign avatar + name to a bot#188

Give a bot some personalilty by assigning a custom avatar and name to it. Only show the avatar and name of a human operator once he/she is taking over.

Definitely +1 - it also allows different human operators to jump in to live chat without it feeling like one human has abandonded the visitor.

Currently the handoff between bot to human is a bit confusing and can be seen as misleading by the guest.
