Customized Responses & Snippets#184

I would like Continually to be able to have the abiltity add customized responses and snippets. It would be great to send a response to a questions via a command so that we won’t have to type out the same response over and over.

These customized responses can work like snippets in Hubspot. Where we can type a shortcode and would auto populate into the chat window.

Hi Virgil. For live chat we have this exact feature!

Select a conversation in your live chat inbox, then in the message where you construct your reply field click on the bookmark icon. You can create and save responses here then use the # shortcut
