Comment by Joe Tiew from our old public roadmap :
“It’s a great feature to make Continual.ly super powerful ChatBot. I have access to other Bot Builder that has this function, if the development team want to know how the function work (or get an idea how to implement it), please let me know, I will provide login credential.

Basically the bot will capture all questions from visitors and categorize them as “Answered” & “Unanswered”. So we will have stat data on questions that been asked by our visitors.

Next, for “Unanswered” question(s), we can provide (add) the answer, so next time the bot can answer our visitor. It’s a great way to address our visitor queries!

PS: We can also edit the “Answered” questions category in order to make the answer better.”

This will be a deal breaker for us to purchase the enterprise version or look somewhere else for our needs. Please let us know if/when you plan to implement this.

Not just the keywords but pharases. Or much better get Google Dialogflow integration!

This would be great, combined with other suggestion here: https://feedback.continual.ly/176

eg: as with Intercom, provide a list of suggested answers based on analyzing the user’s input.

Additionally, the list of suggested answers can simultaneously exist in a FAQ directory that the user can visit for self-service support. Because bad answers create frustration, but letting them scan a list may allow them to find other answers without having to tunnel down a dialogue each time. It’s faster to scan than to type in a conversation with a bot that, let’s face it, isn’t really AI yet.
