I see notifications are sent from your side with an email notificaitons@continual.ly
can’t we change it to our custom domain smtp settings, as our customers added our email to no spam already and we need to ensure they receive our message in inbox. I though this was already included in the branding package.
This is definitely something I need in order to migrate all of my clients over to Continually. The bots I set up for my clients are built entirely to notify their office of a lead coming in, and they’re paying me a premium to provide that service. I’d like them to see it as coming from me and not from another company.
I to need this to work without the continual.ly email notification. Would love it if they can remove that and have us brand our cname instead.
The Email nname should already be part of the branding..?. as it make no sense of having our logo with an email from a third party company!
Guys, please take this seriously as you charged for branding as well!! Its really bad that these many people wanted and you still not do it. We need the notificaitons to be sent from our our email. Is that clear?
It should be done asap
For a work around you can use google sheet and have webhook on google sheet to send email from your smtp server.
We are still waiting for this to be done, you must be really not doing this on purpose… after payment you just ignore paid customer request.
It has been 6 months, shame !
When can we have this functionality? Currently shelfware due to, amongst others, this not being available.
